Stripe bills Connect infrastructure (active account, payouts, bank verification) directly to your dues deposit account balance — not as separate KindHOA invoices. That is separate from the KindHOA platform fee on each online payment and from Stripe's per-transaction processing on resident payments.

You choose: (1) the HOA absorbs all fees, (2) the HOA passes Stripe processing to the resident but absorbs the KindHOA platform fee, (3) the HOA passes all fees to the resident — keeping 100% of collected dues, or (4) card fees to the resident while the HOA covers bank — residents pay Stripe on cards; ACH stays at the invoice amount (HOA still pays the KindHOA platform fee on both).

If you claimed the included domain, the site returns to your kindhoa.com address, board email is paused, and KindHOA holds the domain until its registered year ends. That included name is one per community for life. Moving it elsewhere is $50.
