Quick answer
Annual fee per home = total annual budget ÷ number of homes. For monthly billing, divide by 12; quarterly, divide by 4. Example: $120,000 budget ÷ 50 homes = $2,400/yr per home → $200/mo or $600/quarter. Add an optional reserve line if it is not already in your budget total. This is a planning estimate — your adopted budget and CC&Rs control actual assessments.
