How does KindHOA make money if it's free?

We offer an optional 'Board Automation' tier for $29/month that adds advanced features like AI document search, automated late fees, and email broadcasts. We also earn a small portion of the standard processing fees when residents pay via credit card, at no cost to the HOA.

Is KindHOA built for professional management companies?

No. KindHOA is built exclusively for self-managed, volunteer HOA boards. We removed the complexity of enterprise software so neighbors can easily manage their own communities.

How are dues collected?

We use Stripe for secure, bank-level encrypted payments. Residents can pay via ACH bank transfer or credit card. Funds are deposited directly into your HOA's bank account.
