Scan a record is for paper that belongs in the filing cabinet: old minutes, a signed form, a faded notice. Open Documents and choose one page or several (up to 10). Then Save as a picture (fast) or Make PDF (AI writes a readable text PDF). If Make PDF fails, keep the picture.
